Refund policy
You may return any item after 5 days of receiving item, for an exchange only. The item must be in like new condition and shipping rates do apply.

If you want to exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product. The time period for returns and exchange is 5 days from the day you receive your product. If you feel there is something wrong with your product please send us pictures and you may return the product for an exchange of the same item.
For returns by mail, once we received your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Fees
If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of Jack Azure error the cost of return shipping will be deducted form your refund.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders made specially for you are nonreturnable. Custom order items are items where a costumer has request specific attributes ( metal, finish, size, stones) or where a jeweler work only for special order.
